    This is the first post of this new blog.  The real estate market in this area is doing fairly well.  So far this year home sales are up about 5% in the Westford/Chelmsford area.  We have seen both the number of homes sold and the average price of homes slightly increase.
    I believe that a renewed confidence in the market and extremely low interest rates are bringing buyers back into the market.  I believe that buyers believe we have hit the bottom.
    For November, I have met new buyers who are starting their look.  They are first time buyers who are tired of paying rent.  They have confidence that whatever they buy, it will not fall in value.
