    The October REALTOR® Market Index was up for the first time since last April on a month-to-month basis.  The October REALTOR® Price Index was also up from September.

    The market is starting to recover.  Here we are in November and I am working with several serious buyers.  I am also talking to several sellers who are getting ready to put their homes on the market.  I think that after such a weird market, we can no longer assume a time of year is going to be slow.  I plan to be active through out the months of November, December and January.
